A member of the Virginia Bar since 1986, Doug Foord has experience in a variety of civil matters including commercial disputes, construction disputes and auto accident cases.  His practice has an emphasis on litigation in the criminal, traffic and juvenile areas.  Mr. Foord has appeared in all levels of the Virginia State Trial Courts and has argued before the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Virginia Court of Appeals.  He also practices in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
